The well-stocked mini-bar and wine offerings were a nice touch. The food in the Brasserie surpassed my expectations, especially the delicious eggs Benedict in the mornings. Despite being located away from the city center, the hotel offers free parking, a major convenience. I had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel.

Good location near Leith pubs and bars, easy access to town by bus. Comfy bed, great shower, robes and slippers provided. Helpful and welcoming staff, especially the receptionist. Efficient and friendly dining room staff, delicious food. Lovely surprise for our anniversary.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area, close to a bus stop that provides easy access to Edinburgh town centre. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything needed for a two-night stay. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with fresh towels. The staff were friendly and polite, offering great service throughout the stay. the breakfast provided in the whole restaurant the next morning from 7-8am was well-stocked and delicious.
There were some issues with the room's view.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was blown away by the amazing waterfront location. Situated on the dock area, it was very easy to access the city centre. Furthermore, the service provided by the attentive staff was top-notch. I appreciated the special attention given by the on-duty manager who serviced us with her great product knowledge. The room amenities were also fantastic, including the in-room air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, and I loved the patio area where I had breakfast.
I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with easy parking and close proximity to the bus stop. The room exceeded our expectations, with stunning views of the Shore and comfortable furniture. The bed was cozy, and the shower was excellent. The mini bar was well-stocked, and the snacks were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having a bar and restaurant on-site. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, with a home-like bed and plenty of space. The upgraded room was large, well furnished, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options and the best poached eggs I've ever had. The location of the hotel was lovely, with a view over the river and situated in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby.
